When it comes to entertaining, who better than the Four Seasons and the Entertainment Leadership Forum? They put on events that are out of this world! This particular event was no different. The team lead by David Dicicco Design transformed an empty penthouse on the 61st floor of the Four Seasons into a galaxy of its own! Lila Photo and her team beautifully captured the evening as it unfolded.
Once the first hour went by and guests got to experience a spacey vibe, it was time to turn things up! I strategically and subtly began to change the Feel of the room from a cocktail vibe to more of a dancey and ultimately party vibe.
I love it when companies really put some thought into entertaining and rewarding their employees. From the Look and feel of the venue to the food and even down to the themed cocktails, every bit of detail plays a crucial role in escapism (making your guests truly feel like they have transported to an entirely different place.
Companies who understand that corporate entertainment is more than just booking a venue and having a DJ play background tracks, are ahead of the game! A show of appreciation can motivate employees and give them something to look forward to at the end of the year.
